How the day-to-day works once you're set up.
Standard turnaround is 24–36 business hours from when your inventory is received. Larger or complex orders may take 48–72 hours. Rush processing is available.
Absolutely. Many of our sellers ship directly from manufacturers in China, India, and other countries to our warehouse. We receive, inspect, and prep everything for FBA.
We photograph the issue and contact you before taking any action. You see photos of the damage and decide how to proceed. We never dispose of or ship damaged inventory without your explicit approval.
Yes. We can create shipment plans in your Seller Central, or work with existing ones. We optimize carton contents to minimize inbound placement fees.
We support both SPD (Small Parcel via UPS/FedEx) and LTL (Less Than Truckload) for larger shipments. We recommend the most cost-effective option based on your shipment size.

Yes. We handle FBM orders, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, and Shopify fulfillment. Multi-channel sellers can consolidate everything through our warehouse.
Yes. We receive returns, inspect condition, relabel and reship to FBA if sellable, or set aside for your disposal instructions.
FBM orders received before 1:00 PM EST ship the same business day. After 1:00 PM ships next business day.
