We store your inventory at our Jersey City facility and fulfill merchant-fulfilled orders as they come in. Orders received before 1pm EST ship the same business day. We pick the correct SKU, pack it with appropriate protection, apply the shipping label, and hand it off to the carrier. You get tracking confirmation and we update your order status. Whether it's Amazon FBM, eBay, Walmart, or Shopify orders — we handle the physical fulfillment so you can focus on selling.
On the returns side, we receive customer returns at our facility, inspect each unit to determine if it's resellable, and sort it accordingly. Items in sellable condition get relabeled with a fresh FNSKU and sent back into your FBA inventory. Damaged or defective returns get photographed, documented, and held for your instructions — whether that's disposal, liquidation, or shipping back to you.
